The versatility and scope of BarnOwl Action Plans was demonstrated. This BarnOwl functionality is useful for so much more than Risk management and Audit. The attendees learned how to assign, update, escalate and manage the teams’ activities and responsibilities. They also learned how to use Action Plans to manage many more processes in BarnOwl.
