Challenges

We required a central repository from where consolidated reporting could be done. Ability to have one to many relationships. Flexibility to amend to stay in line with best practice. Continuous development of the software we use. We want to do what we do best, while there is a whole team that continuously develops the software we use to support us in what we do.

Benefits

Since using BarnOwl the reporting has become much easier - especially the ability to report consolidated information. Adjusting input to BarnOwl to align with amended policies was made possible with the flexible nature of the software. Decision making improved as information to support decision making is available and easy to present and interrogate. The system has helped to improve accountability and responsibility. Information is more up-to-date as action plan owners can update whenever and as often as they wish.
