Our business requirement was an automated risk management process so that we could embed risk management culture within the organization by making it easily accessible and not just segregating the risk management function at management level. Further, we wanted a process that was assured as everyone has sight of the platform. Further for continuous risk management in terms of incident management.
Benefits
The system has made our risk management very efficient. It has also provided us with a data library in terms of attachments on the system and people being able to reference them. It has also created assurance that we are practicing best practice in managing risk. The noted improvement is the risk library and being able to apply from a previous unit to a new one.
