BarnOwl invites you to our upcoming Spotlight Session where we will demonstrate how to get the most out of BarnOwl by having a look at the functionality available to users without licenses.
The BarnOwl system allows your unlicensed users access to various features allowing your company to make the most of BarnOwl at a limited cost. You will benefit from:

Task Delegation: As a licensed user you can create Action Plans (and attach documents to them if needed) assigning them to anyone within your organisation INCLUDING those who do not have BarnOwl Licenses.

Receiving Progress on Task completion and feedback: By use of Action Plans, free users can provide feedback on tasks completed as well as attach documents as part of their feedback if needed.

The creation of action plans by free users: By use of the voting functionality, free users can create Action Plans (which you will moderate).

Updating BarnOwl registers with ratings provided by free users: By use of the voting functionality, free users can rate BarnOwl Items updating BarnOwl registers when pulled through into BarnOwl by a licensed user.

Feedback provided on Internal Audit Findings: Internal Audits Findings Import tools allows free users the ability to provide feedback in the form of management comments or any other finding related information field added to the Finding Form in BarnOwl.
