BarnOwl invites you to our upcoming Spotlight Session where we will demonstrate how to get the most out of BarnOwl by taking advantage of BarnOwl’s ‘Open’ license, which is available to all users in your organisation at no cost.
BarnOwl’s ‘Open’ (free) license enables all users to access various features at no cost, enabling you to embed risk management in your organisation cost effectively. You and your users will benefit from:
- Task Delegation: As a licensed user, you can create Action Plans (and attach documents to them if needed) assigning them to anyone (an Owner) within your organisation INCLUDING those who do not have a BarnOwl License.
- Receiving Progress on Task completion and feedback: Open license (free) users can provide feedback on their tasks (action plans) completed as well as attach documents as part of their feedback if needed.
- The creation of action plans by Open license users: Open license users can create Action Plans when completing a risk & control self-assessment (RCSAs). You, as the creator, have the ability to moderate the action plans before they become ‘live’ action plans.
- Updating BarnOwl registers with ratings by Open license users: As a licensed user, you can send an RCSA (vote) to risk & control owners (Open license users) who can then update their risk / control ratings.
- Feedback provided on Internal Audit Findings: Open license users can provide feedback on Findings in the form of management comments and on other fields where they are assigned as a Finding owner.
