Thank you to those who joined us for the “WHAT’S NEW” for Risk Management spotlight held on the 29th April 2020
Objective:
The objective of the session was to run through the new features in version 10 of the BarnOwl Risk Management module covering the Rich application and the BarnOwl Eclipse web-based interface. The various enhancements and new features were demonstrated and explained in more detail. The version 10 audit enhancements will be covered in a separate spotlight session planned for June 2020. We will send out notification of this session closer to the time.

Upcoming Training and Spotlights:
Based on the success of our new online spotlight sessions, we will be running additional online spotlights on a regular basis. The next spotlight session is planned for June 2020 and will focus on the Audit changes introduced in version 10 (10.0 to 10.3). We will send out notification of this session closer to the time. The Spotlight sessions will be at no cost.
In addition, we will be sending out a schedule of our upcoming generic training courses (including short courses) which will now be conducted online in a similar fashion to our normal hands-on classroom based training using the Microsoft Azure cloud platform. The online nature of these courses will make them accessible to our clients from other countries and provinces within our country. In addition, we have decided to reduce the cost per person for our generic training courses in order to assist our clients in these difficult times. The other good news is that you won’t be subject to a lunch menu that you may not like.
