13. CM: How do I capture a compliance survey (based on an act in BO)?

Compliance Surveys, also known as regulatory checklists can be created within your organisation, to ask a set number of questions to users. Surveys can be created in the Regulatory Universe and applied to the selected units, or the survey can be created directly in a unit.
