The 2014 ‘Beyond the Horizon’ Cruywagen-IRMSA Risk Foundation Risk Lab took place at Montecasino in Johannesburg on Friday, 18 July 2014, and BarnOwl was one of the events exhibitors.

The Risk Lab event was a meeting of expert delegates who got together to discuss some of the biggest risks currently facing South Africa. Some of the topics on the agenda were the World Economic Forum, the state of political and economic risk in 2014, regulation in South Africa and what lies ahead of current issues pertinent to South Africa.

A line-up of great speakers were in attendance, including Justice Malala, Christoph Leuzinger, Nicky Weimar, JP Landman, Michael Judin, Louis Boshoff, Gavin Lockhart-Mirams and Cal Bruns.

The event was hosted by television personality, journalist and radio host, Jeremy Maggs.
