Spotlight Session Insight: Self-help – Helping you to help yourself

BarnOwl presented their July Spotlight session on Tuesday 19 July.  The topic discussed was “Helping you to Help Yourself”.
                                                     
Three primary means of support were discussed:  The Knowledge Base on the BarnOwl Website, the BarnOwl Support Portal and the Embedded Help. Of most importance is the 1^st line of support – your BarnOwl Champion.  If our customers do not have access to the support portal they should direct their request to support@barnowl.co.za.
